2017 - Boston Turns Five

One of Avery's favorite days of the year is now becoming one of Bry's : Boston's Swimming Birthday Party! Avery loves going up and down the slide over and over again but this year, Bry was the one that couldn't get enough of it. He loved it sooooo much that I was nervous the whole time because he was thrilled sliding down and going under the water... not caring much about the fact that he can't swim. I guess there's a point where the No Fear thing becomes a bit of a bad thing haha!! Either way.. the kids had a great time going down slides, floating in water, playing with friends and shooting squirt guns. Oh and cake... can't EVER forget the cake!!

2017 - Knee High by Fourth of July

It's never good when the content of my posts show just how far behind I am. These are only a month and two days late! But, better late than never.

We went up to the ranch for the 4th of July ... did some fireworks, ate some BBQ and walked through the corn. We figured we should go measure the corn seeing as it's supposed to be up to your knee by the 4th of July. Clearly, compared to the kids, the corn was doing VERY well :)
