Week 15 - Think Small/White

I always seem to have trouble when the theme of the week seems obvious to me.. OR when I have done something that fits the theme so recently. I mentioned a while back that I wanted to try and avoid close-ups for a while and that was the first thing that came to mind when I read 'Think Small.' The second thing that came to mind was: "Well, Avery is small!" Seems like cheating to me. So, back to the drawing board I went.

I love the weeks when something just seems to pop up out of nowhere that happens to also fit my theme, even when it happens as late as Saturday. Buddy and I were working in the backyard, under the strict supervision of our tiny person, trying to get some things take care of before the snow storm today. Then out of nowhere Buddy says, "Did you see our little tree is blooming??" I turned to look at it and guess what it was blooming... little white flowers!!!! How freaking easy is that? The only problem now was trying to figure out how to incorporate little stinker into the shot. Luckily, as I was taking a picture of her in her adorable little hat outside, she smiled huge to show us her new little white tooth coming in (gotta look pretty close to see it.) This is one of my FAVORITE smiles that Avery blesses us with. I love the crinkle nose and I love the big wide smile and she, apparently, loves being outside.
