2018 - Naptime Distractions (Fear)

This week's theme happens to be Fear.... which, is kind of hard to relate to a kid. I first thought about doing my own fear when it comes to my kids.. but I don't like to think about those fears haha! SOOOOOOO I went with Avery's fear (because last week was a predominately Bryan post -- and the kid doesn't fear ANYTHING.) Avery's biggest fear lately is the dark. Part of me thinks she just likes the night light so she can look at her books and play in bed, but throw this kid in a dark room (I haven't actually done this) and she won't like it. A few times, her nightlight has died and she was not a happy camper. So aside from her nightlight, she likes to keep all of her stuffed animals near to keep her safe too!!! Because before bed is WAY too dark.. I took a few pictures before her nap which ended up being her favorite thing ever. Who doesn't love staying up 30 min past naptime -- Avery sure does!!! 

Those of you who know this kid... know that this is a SMALL amount of stuffed animals
