We randomly decided, much to Avery's excitement, this week, to break out the Oasis pool. This bad boy was a first birthday present to out little girl and we have probably blown it up like.... five times total. Didn't think about the fact that you can't just leave it blown up for weeks on end.. well, not unless you want green grass. Maybe we should just give in to the grass war and leave the pool out and kill it all. I'm sure Avery would like that option best, she loves planning in the "swimming a pool." She pretty much uses any excuse she can to play with water, swimming, watering the plants, doing the dishes. She digs that she's now strong enough to hold the sprayer on for the water when she goes to water the plants. Pictures of her playing like this (and Bry looking on) are my favorite... so I don't mind when she wants to just hang out and play in the backyard all afternoon long :)
