2016 Week 29 - First Haircut!!!!

That's right, you read it right. Avery is almost three years old and is JUST getting her first haircut (unless you count the time I trimmed off her one chunk of hair rat-tail.) We were kind of waiting for her hair to get longer and then realized she may just need a little bit of a trim to promote some growth. At least, that's what we told ourselves ;) SO, we got her an appointment with a friend and took her in to get her hair cut. She rocked it! Sat so nicely and only got upset when her bangs were in her face... but let's be real.. we all hate when our hair tickles our face during haircuts. After the cut, she got a "WAY TO GO" ice cream from Ben and Jerry's and we walked to the park to play. There was a nice big whomping willow in the park, so I went to grab my camera. It was a great day that ended in a split open chin at the restaurant... but she handled that like a champ, too!!!
